Refund Policy
Return Rights
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. This allows you enough time to decide whether the product meets your expectations.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, socks, and similar garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Costs
Customer Responsibility:
The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the shipping provider. This applies in cases where the product does not meet your expectations.
Average Costs:
Return shipping costs typically range between $30 and $60 AUD per product, depending on your shipping carrier and the country of return.
Admin Fees:
A handling fee of $15 AUD per product may apply. This fee is also the customer’s responsibility.
Additional Costs:
Any extra charges related to the return (e.g. customs fees, import duties, or surcharges) are fully borne by the customer.
Return Instructions & Tracking Requirement

Please contact us at info@grace-melbourne.com before returning any item. We will provide you with the correct return instructions at that time.
Tracking Code Mandatory:
All returned items must be shipped with Track & Trace. Items returned without tracking information will not be eligible for a refund.
Condition of Returned Products
To be eligible for a return, items must be in brand new condition:

Unopened and in original packaging

Never used or worn
Sale items: Products purchased at a discounted price are non-returnable.
Hygiene Notice: As mentioned above, items such as underwear and socks are excluded from return.
Refund Process

Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving and verifying your return.

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Order Cancellations
Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are processed immediately after purchase.
Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us:

Reshipment is not possible.

The customer is 100% responsible for all related costs, including return shipping and any storage fees.
